Are you selling another brands sneakers - replicas, fakes?

Simply put, no. We do not claim to be selling replicas or fakes. We have sourced and designed the sneakers which are branded AIC on them.

Are you a genuine business?

Yes, we are fully registered Limited Trading company and we carefully source our products as we take great pride in what we do.

Can I get help on your phone line?

Yes, our customer services team would love to hear from you, even if it’s to say hello or any queries you may have. Our phone lines are temporarily on hold due to less staff in our office because of Covid-19.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY

How much is delivery?

Our delivery cost is FREE and will always be free. For more information on this please head to our delivery page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Depending where the order is shipped it can take anywhere from 5 - 10 days to arrive from our sorting facility in the Netherlands. For more information on delivery times please visit our delivery page.

How will my order be packaged?

All orders are carefully packaged by our team, the order will be in it’s original packaging and placed into our delivery bags.

Are my goods insured for delivery transit?

Yes, your goods are covered by the delivery cost.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Yes, a signature will be required upon delivery. At the moment it's down to your delivery couriers discretion due to Covid-19.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

No, sorry you cannot change your address after it has been dispatched, we’re sorry as we can’t redirect any orders once they’ve left our store.

How can I track my item?

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email including the tracking ID.

What happens if I’m out when my order arrives?

If you‘re not home to receive your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange collection.

How do I return my items?

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards which includes Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta. All credit card details are secured with 128-bit encrypted sessions and all vital information is stored in a heavily fortified database that is protected by government approved firewalls.

Can you take payment over the telephone?

No, sorry we cannot accept any orders over the phone.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Forgot Your Password” and enter your email address, it will send an email with a link to reset your password.

How do I use my discount code/gift voucher?

If you have a discount code or gift voucher, then you can use these in the shopping cart. Enter your code into the box provided and it will generate the discount or your gift voucher value.
